Our personalized hiring process is tailored to each client. A placement counselor is assigned to work with you through the hiring process, so they can understand your needs and only present you with the most qualified candidates.
We then begin researching our nationwide pool of talented applicants and present each client with up to three top-quality, verified, and pre-screen candidates to review and select for an interview. Most often, our clients find their ideal match with the first candidate who’s introduced!
Once you have found your ideal match, we offer a trial with an intent to hire, which ensures both parties have clear expectations and are truly happy with the match. Our 98.7% perfect placement performance speaks for itself! However, we understand that situations or needs may change and, in the event, a new candidate is required, we offer a 60-day replacement guarantee.
