1Application & Consultation

We begin the process by asking you to complete a detailed questionnaire that accurately assess your hiring needs. This can be completed via phone or online. Once completed, you can expect a followup with one of our personalized staffing counselors within 24 hours. Following your completed questionnaire and followup call with Household Staffing, we’ll send you our Introduction Agreement and a link to submit your Introduction Fee (if you have not already done so online, see fees below).

1Candidate Introduction

Your personalized staffing counselor will initiate a search though our exclusive database of more than 10,000 qualified providers. Once we pinpoint the talent we feel best fits your hiring needs, we’ll provide you with up to 3 candidate applications for review. You’ll receive a complete profile for each candidate that includes education, experience, hobbies, personality traits, references and work history. Household Staffing will facilitate a conference call and/or second round face-to-face interview with any candidate you select from the applications presented. Additionally, we believe a trial with the selected candidate solidifies your decision and provides confidence knowing you have made the right choice.

1Hiring

Once you have selected your hire, we will immediately work to complete any additional required screenings that have not already ban completed We’ll guide you step by step though our Placement Agreement (see fees below), responsibilities and verbal agreements. Household Staffing is committed to the success of your placement and we can provide valuable tools, continued support and resources helpful for you and your new hire.

Nationwide Criminal Records Investigation

We retrieve records throughout the entire United States based upon each state and each county the applicant has previously lived in or is currently living in. This investigation reveals: major and minor misdemeanors, felonies, criminal offenses, criminal child abuse charges, criminal sex offender charges, and dispositions with dates and case numbers.

Nationwide Sex & Violent Offenders Search

A nationwide search is conducted from sex offender registries, the Department of Corrections and other criminal databases from all 50 states. Violent and sex crimes will be searched through a database of over 252 million records. This search reveals: the location of the crime, the disposition, the sentence, and the source that the record was located in.

Certified 10-Panel Drug Screening

The following personality-altering drugs are tested: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, cocaine, methaqualone, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine, and propoxyphene.

Motor Vehicle Record Report

This report verifies: licensee name, address, date of birth, license number, issue date, expiration date, license status, class and type, driver description, driving arrests, DUI’s, convictions and moving offenses history for the past 5 years. This report includes: suspended, revoked, or restricted license holders.

Ready to Hire
Wish to start the application process, but not yet ready to hire? We offer a “Ready to Hire” grace period of 365 days since the time of your application fee to engage our placement services.

Hire Replacement
In the event a new candidate is required, you contract includes a 90-day period in which we will offer a replacement option for no additional fee.
